Jay is the president of Power Alley Baseball Academy and lead pitching instructor. Lehr has been teaching and coaching baseball at the youth, travel, and high school level for over 26 years and worked in player development with current MLB players for over 13 years. He was the Pitching Coach for Carmel High School’s Varsity for 6 years.
Matt was a catcher in the Baltimore Orioles Minor League System for 7 years and spent 5 Seasons as a Hitting Coach for the Traverse City Beach Bums of the Frontier League in Independent Professional Baseball. He has 12 years of experience in Professional Baseball and over 10 years of academy teaching.
Chris is the fielding coordinatior for the Philadelphia Phillies Organization. He played 15 years of professional baseball, 5 of those years were in the Major Leagues with Houston, Tampa Bay, Pittsburg, L.A. Dodgers and the Kansas City Royals. Former manager of the Clearwater Threshers high A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies.
Mitch is currently apart of the Chicago White Sox organization where he was drafted in the 12th round in 2016. He is originally from Fishers, Indiana. In his first full season of professional baseball, he was named a South Atlantic League All-star for the Kannapolis Intimidators.
Andrew just finished his first year in Professional Baseball for the Thoroughbred Mustangs of Independent Professional Baseball. He was a 4-year starter at Kentucky Wesleyan College, and won Pitcher of the Year honors during Summer collegiate ball season in 2015.
John was drafted in 1993 by the Seattle Mariners after being a two-time All-Pac 10 Outfielder at University of Arizona. He spent 2 of his 3 seasons in the minor league system at the AAA level. He has been a hitting Instructor for over 10 years where he has been teaching and coaching girls fast pitch softball and travel baseball players.
Katie has played fast pitch at every level including high school varsity, USSSA, ASA, ASA Gold, Premier, Big 12, AND Big 10. She coached her first high school varsity team at the age of nineteen, has given lessons since she was seventeen, worked at clinics since she was sixteen, and has umpired fastpitch softball since she was twelve. Katie recently graduated from Purdue in Movement & Sports Science in December. She currently is working towards her personal training certification while she mentors Purdue Football players and coaches junior high softball in Lafayette. Katie will give pitching, fielding, slapping, and hitting lessons.
Kyle Fiala is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he was a four-year starter at 3B, SS, and 2B and team captain in 2017. During his time at Notre Dame, Kyle made Third Team All-ACC and the ACC All-Tournament Team, as well as earning the Notre Dame Monogram Club’s Most Valuable Player Award. In addition, Kyle helped lead and instruct the Irish Baseball Academy – a seven-week baseball camp that instructed participants in all aspects of hitting including mechanics, pitch recognition, mental approach, and drill work. He also spent time working on defensive fundamentals and skill work for players of all ages. Kyle is originally from Carmel, Indiana.
